Happy Fitness Friday: Youtube Edition! This week is all about slimming down your waist.
I’m not talking about buying one of those celebrity waist trainers, and squeezing all your organs together until you feel cinched and dizzy, but rather, I’m talking about real, true and slightly difficult but worth it waist training exercises!
As always, each of these exercises can be done at home, or wherever you happen to be with a little space! I do recommend getting a yoga mat or something that provides a little more comfort and support than a hard floor.

This video provides a great waist workout for beginners! If you want to make it a little more challenging (like I do), you can add dumbells to the moves, or, you can repeat the workout a couple more times, and make it a circuit (this goes for all shorter YouTube workouts).

Cassey Ho from Blogilates creates so many amazing workout videos, but this waist workout youtube video is something else! The moves are simple, but are deceivingly killer! You’ll begin feeling the burn within the first few minutes!
10 MIN ABS & WAIST WORKOUT
Not only do I love this workout video because it is a great waist workout for beginners, but because it really emphasizes using bodyweight to challenge yourself. I also love the versatility of the moves and the stopwatch clock that times each of your movies, without having to keep time somewhere else!
